We are looking for an experienced influencer marketing specialist to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies for business development.
Interest and experience in the WordPress ecosystem would be a bonus for this role.

What you will be handling?
- Identify and connect with WordPress influencers through effective research and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers through various means including emails, social media platforms, and online meetings to create partnerships aligned with brand goals, negotiating fair agreements.
- Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Align content creation with brand messaging, coordinate schedules, and provide guidance for optimal impact.
- Creating and managing outreach efforts during special event-related campaigns. (Like Halloween/Black Friday Sale, etc.)
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign success, optimizing strategies based on insights.
- Ensure influencer adherence to brand guidelines and legal requirements, managing contracts and agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, addressing concerns promptly for a positive collaboration.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing budgets, negotiating compensation within allocated constraints.
- Stay informed about industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and apply insights to refine strategies.
- Share insights and best practices with internal teams, conduct training sessions on influencer marketing, and stay updated on new tools and technologies.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
Here are some skills and experience that will come in handy:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Influencer outreach.
- Handling multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Excellent research, communication and negotiation skills along with a super-high level of self-expression
- Hands-on experience in client handling, including communication, follow-ups, convincing abilities, building relationships, etc
- Knowledge of essential tools such as CRMs, Email Finders, Influencer Marketing Tools, SEO Tools, WordPress Tools, Social Media Tools, etc
- Builds successful, collaborative, and trusting relationships that contribute to the team’s effectiveness, both personally and the team.
- Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing.
Willing to learn new techniques regarding outreach and should be good at conducting PR exercises. - Creativity and resourcefulness – Ability to create & adjust the right partnership
- Time Management – You’re able to juggle multiple tasks and projects and prioritize your work effectively to meet all deadlines.

- Experience in marketing a software product.
- Analytical skills and a healthy approach toward data and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising
- Managed Affiliate Program with good results
