UI/UX Designer (Web Design)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer (Web Design) to join Brainstorm Force. In this role, you’ll design and improve our product websites. Your job is to create eye-catching and user-friendly designs that make our sites look great and work well. You’ll be responsible for designing new pages and updating existing ones.

This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the world. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of designers, developers, and marketers to build outstanding websites for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Designs: Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to craft stunning websites and landing pages that capture our vision and meet our goals.
Design Layouts: Develop user-friendly and visually engaging page layouts that make it easy for visitors to navigate and enjoy the site.
Make Visuals: Design engaging graphics, icons, and illustrations that bring our brand to life and make the website stand out.
Build Wireframes and Mockups: Create wireframes and mockups to visualize how the website will look and function.
Branding: Develop and maintain style guides to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across the website.
Ensure Responsiveness: Make sure your designs look great and work well on all devices, from desktops to smartphones.
Work with Developers: Partner with developers to bring your designs to life, providing clear specs and working together to solve any challenges.
Align Design with Content: Collaborate with copywriters to ensure that the design and content work seamlessly together to tell a clear and compelling story.

What You Need to Know:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for creating designs.
Expertise in designing responsive websites that look great and work well on all devices.
Strong skills in creating and maintaining consistent branding and style guides.
Experience in building wireframes and mockups to design visually appealing and functional websites.
Knowledge of basic SEO techniques to improve website search rankings.
Awareness of accessibility standards to ensure designs are inclusive for all users.
Basic copywriting skills to enhance design elements and drive user actions.

Tools We Use:

WordPress CMS for building and managing websites.
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphics and layouts.
Figma for UI design, mockups, and prototyping.

Bonus Points If You Also Have:

Extensive experience with WordPress.
Knowledge of WordPress page builders like Spectra, Elementor, etc.
Basic front-end skills, including HTML & CSS.
Understanding of motion design and animation principles.
Experience designing and customizing eCommerce sites, including product pages and checkout.
Familiarity with other CMS platforms like Webflow.
